Supplies included on each coaster are paper clips, and crayons, pencil, and push pins. All coasters are made using white vinyl.

All our coasters are hand-made using top-quality resin for that perfect glass-looking finish.

Please note each coaster is hand-made, poured individually and hand sanded, therefore thickness may vary. Air bubbles are a naturally occurring process with resin; sometimes, it's normal for some bubbles to remain in the final product. We are always working meticulously to ensure we remove as many as possible. As with any handmade products, small flaws might be present but we will never send out a product we wouldn't hand out ourselves.''

Orders involving personalization that includes logos, signatures, or graphics that need to be digitized require additional time.

Shipment takes approximately 7 to 12 business days to reach destination countries.

50% partial refund: Customer's address is not detailed, leading to the items be returned to us.
30% partial refund: The items has been delivered to its place, the customer did not receive it. Please contact the local post office . If still no result.
